Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation and Payment Policy By requesting an ONLINE Nutrition 1.0 consultation, the client confirms that they have read and accepted this policy. 1. Booking and Confirmation Appointments may be requested up to 60 days in advance. Online booking closes 48 hours before the scheduled start time. All requests require acceptance by NutriManager. A booking is confirmed only when the client receives a confirmation email. If NutriManager declines the request before work begins, any payment received will be refunded. 2. Payment and Service Start Full payment is required when booking unless another arrangement is specifically offered. Clients booking within 14 days expressly request that NutriManager begins providing the service during the statutory cancellation period. If the client cancels after preparatory work has begun, NutriManager may deduct a reasonable amount for work already completed. The right to cancel ends once the service has been fully delivered, where the client has agreed to early performance. Statutory rights are unaffected. 3. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the original appointment. The replacement session may take place on any later available date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee the same day or time. Requests received less than 48 hours before the appointment will normally be treated as late cancellations. 4. Late Cancellations and Non-Attendance Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable and the full consultation fee will normally be retained. This reflects the preparation undertaken and the appointment time reserved exclusively for the client. Clients who arrive too late for the consultation to be completed may be treated as non-attendees. No additional cancellation or non-attendance fee will be charged. This policy does not affect the client’s statutory rights. 5. Intake and Consent Forms The required intake and consent forms must be completed at least 24 hours before the consultation. If the forms are incomplete or submitted late, the consultation may be postponed or cancelled because NutriManager may not have sufficient information or preparation time. Any replacement appointment will be subject to availability. 6. NutriManager Cancellations If NutriManager must cancel an accepted appointment, the client will be offered a suitable replacement date or a full refund for
